Associate Dentist - Grove City

Associate Dentist: Full-time, Part-time, Salary or Commission : $180,000 to $240,000+ /year

The Practice:  This well-established patient base is looking for the next dentist to call their own. Current Doctor/owner looking for an associate to take over caseload. Doctor and community-centric marketing has been proven to be extremely successful in this location allowing you to produce the type of dentistry you want! You will get a super supportive team eager to build a relationship with their new dentist.

The Position : I represent a dentist with the goal of growing a practice around you! Financial Stability, Clinical Autonomy with Mentorship if desired, Flexible Schedule and Profit Sharing.

  Sign on Bonus: $10,000.00

  Salary: $700+ Daily Guarantee

Commission: Up to 35% of collections and 40% commission for Specialty Procedures with Full Clinical Autonomy!

  Performance Bonus: Profit Sharing up to 20%.

  Facilities & Equipment: Will provide up to 10K in new equipment, maintenance and facility improvement every year.

  Mentorship/Vendor Relations : This Relationship helps you define strengths, to build upon those strengths to provide premier dental care to your patients and personal growth to you as a dentist.

  Marketing : $24,000 Minimum Budget. Personalized and specific to your clinical treatment preferences.

  Clinical Education: Will pay up to 6K a year in CE courses, including travel expenses. The practice owner has also started a Cancer Research Fund at The James, The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center, providing further opportunities throughout the year for you.

  Administrative Support: The owner and team want to promote and support you "Our Dentist" so you can provide the highest level of care at each patient interaction. The clinical and administrative team members have regular trainings and reviews to better the practice and patient care experience.
