What You’ll Do
Lead a 2-3 member crew , ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
Oversee outdoor construction projects, from interpreting blueprints to managing materials and job site logistics.
Operate and maintain landscape equipment and machinery while keeping projects on schedule.
Train and mentor crew members, helping them succeed while building your leadership skills.
Ensure job quality, managing time, materials, and customer satisfaction throughout each project.
Be part of a team that also handles snow operations , keeping communities safe during winter months.
What It Takes to Succeed
A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate construction equipment.
Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a team .
Physical ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 lbs.
A commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
Bilingual candidates are a plus!
