What you’ll be doing
- Design and plan cake decorations for events such as weddings, birthdays, and special occasions.
- Bake or prepare cake layers by leveling, stacking, and adding fillings as needed.
- Apply icing, frosting, and fondant using techniques like piping, smoothing, and airbrushing.
- Create custom edible decorations such as flowers, figurines, and lettering from fondant, gum paste, or chocolate.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following proper food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Type
- Full time
- Work hours 5:30AM - 2:00PM
- No Sunday hours
- Work rotating schedules including some weekends and holidays
- On-the-job training provided
