Lube Technician Responsibilities
- Perform quality work: oil changes, tire rotations, replacing wipers, filters, etc.
- Data entry and communication with teammates
- Complete vehicle inspection
- Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
- Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first
Qualifications
- One year lube tech experience preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Basic computer competencies
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Dexterity: a steady hand & excellent hand-eye coordination
- Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Positive, friendly attitude and customer service mentality
- Previous experience at an automotive dealership a plus
- Strong understanding of the service drive a plus
