Pay $65-100k depending on experience level
Bachelor's Degree highly recommended Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of a tenant project from lease execution to tenant opening
- Daily communication and coordination with tenants, contractors, development, finance, leasing and operations
- Manage tenant design in collaboration with the development team and landlord's design criteria
- Coordinate and leads pre-construction meetings for assigned projects
- Conducts regular weekly site visits to review construction progress
- Make sure the work aligns with lease requirements, building codes and overall project expectations
- Degree in Construction Management
- Strong understanding of construction processes
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and comfortable navigating building codes
