JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is critical to delivering strategic initiatives that drive business value and operational efficiencies.

This role requires strong project execution capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a disciplined approach to governance and reporting.

Project Leadership and Planning:

o Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and roadmaps to ensure timely delivery.

o Define objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics for assigned projects.

o Align project activities with strategic business goals and priorities.

o Drive project execution by proactively managing tasks, resources, and deliverables.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

o Engage with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, expectations, and project priorities.

o Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.

o Provide clear, concise updates on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to leadership and relevant stakeholders.

o Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Skills and Requirements

MUST HAVES:

o Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field

o 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional projects

o Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

o Experience working with geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones and cultures is preferred

o Experience in project management tools and methodologies

o Strong risk management, planning, and execution

o Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and drive alignment across teams PLUSSES:
