**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials and permissions of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or unusual circumstances to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist with the implementation and enforcement of access control measures, including checking identification and maintaining visitor logs.
+ Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site staff to address security-related concerns and maintain a secure environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
