Manufacturing Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm )

• Actively participate in the production and assembly of high-quality rubber conveyor belts and their components.
• Safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts to transport raw materials, finished products, and various equipment within the facility.
• Execute loading, unloading, staging, and organization of materials to maintain a seamless and continuous production flow.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections of products to ensure adherence to stringent company and customer standards.
• Accurately interpret and follow work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.

Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience operating a sit-down forklift.Prior forklift certification is required (must have been certified previously).
• Physical Requirements:Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
• Successful completion of tape measure reading test.
• Successful completion of math test supplied by client
