Service Technician
A-Level Ford Technician – $150K+ | No Weekends | Busy Shop Sharpnack Ford – Immediate Openings
- $150K+ Income Potential
- $35–$45/Hour Equivalent
- Sign-On Bonus (Master & Senior Master Techs)
- Monday–Friday ONLY (No Weekends!)
- Guaranteed Hours + Full Schedule Daily
- 600+ Repair Orders/Month
- Flat Rate Techs Turning 60+ Hours Weekly
- 140% Growth = Zero Slow Time
- Strong Advisors = More Sold Work
- Paid Ford Certification (Up to Master Tech)
- 2+ years technician experience
- Ford Certified preferred (ASE a plus)
- Electrical experience is a big advantage
- Strong diagnostic ability & team mindset
