Position Overview
Crucial Link is seeking highly motivated individuals to fill a Sales & Management Leadership Role. This is for people who want more than just a job—they want the opportunity to build a long-term career with significant income potential and leadership opportunities.
As a Sales & Management Leader, you'll take ownership of a designated territory and be responsible for generating new business through a variety of prospecting methods, including:
Door-to-door business development
Cold calling
Networking
Referral generation
Community engagement
Relationship building
Strategic prospecting
This is a true full-cycle sales role where you will identify opportunities, establish relationships, present solutions, negotiate agreements, and maintain long-term client partnerships.

What You'll Do
Territory Development & Business Generation
Take ownership of an assigned territory
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Prospect through door knocking, cold calling, networking events, referrals, and community outreach
Build relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers
Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Full-Cycle Sales Management
Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients
Present workforce and staffing solutions
Create customized recommendations
Negotiate service agreements
Close new business opportunities
Manage client relationships after the sale
Relationship Building
Establish long-term partnerships with businesses
Serve as a trusted resource for workforce solutions
Maintain ongoing communication with clients
Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities
