Job Title: Quality Engineering Technician Pay Rate: $35.00/hour Location: Springdale, OH 45246 Area Code: 513 Shift: 1st Employment Type: Direct, Benefits #QualityEngineering #AerospaceQuality #AS9100 Job Summary Belcan is seeking a Quality Engineering Technician to support aerospace manufacturing operations through documentation control, MRB backlog reduction, and shop floor quality support. This onsite role is critical to maintaining compliance with AS9100 standards, ensuring record integrity, and enabling timely disposition of nonconforming material. Key Responsibilities Record Retention & Documentation Control: o Review, organize, and digitize manufacturing and quality records in compliance with aerospace standards o Ensure accuracy, traceability, and proper storage of documentation o Prepare and transfer records to long-term storage (e.g., Iron Mountain) o Maintain detailed logs of processed and archived records Shop Floor Quality Support: o Ensure routers, work instructions, and quality documentation are current and available o Verify alignment between system updates and shop floor documentation o Identify, document, and escalate discrepancies or gaps o Support shop floor execution by helping remove documentation-related blockers MRB (Material Review Board) Management: o Monitor and manage aged MRB items in eNMS and related systems o Coordinate with quality, engineering, and GE Aerospace teams to drive timely disposition o Track and report MRB backlog status and closure progress Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree (Bachelor"s preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or production support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated shop floor environment
• Basic understanding of manufacturing documentation and quality processes
• Due to the nature of the work US citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace or other regulated environments (AS9100/ISO9001)
• Familiarity with MRB processes and nonconformance tracking systems
• Experience with document control or quality records management
• Exposure to GE Aerospace systems or programs
