Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representative , who will join a full-time sales team with an established manufacturing firm in Mason, OH. This role requires occasional but routine travel to the company facility in Mexico City; the sales candidate MUST have bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.



Core Functions (Not Inclusive):



SUPPORT INDUSTRIAL SALES

• Maintain and reach annual sales target
  
  Develop relationship with existing customers and increase sales
• Maintain regular contact with key personnel
• Check and maintain stock
• Communicate with customers about production needs and issues
  
  Develop new accounts in the Southern Territory
• Make Contact with new companies with good sales potential
• Assist engineering to develop specs and provide test samples if needed

Travel to Southern States including Mexico; Puerto Rico and Japan

• Travel by company car and air, may require overnight stays
• Have meetings with purchasing and engineers
• Be present for testing (if necessary)
  
  Prepare and Present Monthly Presentation
• Use powerpoint to present account activity
• Report sales vs. budget of accounts

Work With Industrial Customers:



Work with customers on issues such as:

• Specifications
• Price and Delivery
• Placing Orders
• Shipment Problems
• Production requirements
• including handling inside sales calls
  
  WORK WITH OUR FACTORIES
• Communicate with Japan via e-mail and fax
• Work out Delivery issues / Shipping method
• Other problems / issues
  
  SUPPORT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT
• Help keep inventory low, while keeping your customers supplied
• Work close with Customer Service to provide good service
• Keep open communication with Customer Service Dept.
• Learn general Customer Service procedures pertaining to sales
  
  MISCELLANEOUS
• Learn the Quotation process
• Important to grasp a firm understanding of the quotation process
• Learn D-365
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks
• Possibility for future relocation

Requirements:

• Working fluency in Spanish and English.
• Must possess the ability to work in large multi-cultural work place setting.
• Present progress reports to superiors and suggestions on responsible operations.
• Perform special duties as assigned by management.
• Ability to grasp and/or have working knowledge of IBM's AS400.
• Ability to utilize or learn Cal-Soft system strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand the process of modern manufacturing.
• Proficient at Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks while meeting all specified deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Should have valid/current U.S. Passport, and meet requirements for international travel (to/from Mexico City, Mexico as needed)

Shift: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Salary Range: $48-$55k, Based on Experience
