The Role at a Glance

• Morning Prep: Setting up the breakfast buffet, including hot food stations, coffee service, and fresh displays.

• Guest Interaction: Providing a warm "Good Morning" and assisting guests with any questions or special requests.

• Continuous Upkeep: Keeping the dining area pristine by clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and replenishing food and beverage items as they run low.

• Quality Control: Ensuring all food is served at the proper temperature and meets our presentation standards.

• Breakdown & Cleanup: Closing down the buffet, cleaning equipment, and prepping the area for the following morning.
