We’re seeking a senior-level IT Developer & System Architect to lead the modernization of data and information systems across Membrane Solutions. This role blends strategic system architecture with hands-on software development to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise data and information systems with a heavy focus on CRM.

  • Translate business needs into actionable software solutions and manage full-cycle development.

  • Administer user access, licenses, roles, and permissions across platforms.

  • Drive artificial intelligence adoption, change management, post-deployment support, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Create dashboards and reporting tools using data modeling and visualization techniques.

  • Support global deployment of new processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud).

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data models, and security.

  • Experience with BI tools like QlikSense, Microsoft Access, and Excel.

  • Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate across teams.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
