Hello, Front Counter Automotive Professionals!

Each employee meets one on one with the owner to discuss their vision, what they can do to realize it, what we can do to help, and then follow up every two weeks to stay on track. The meetings also give our people the chance to make a difference in the shop with their opinions and suggestions. This routine has developed a team with everyone's interests at heart.
