Our nearly $800 mm community bank client has retained our firm to complete a search for a new Senior Level Commercial Loan Officer in Dayton, Ohio. This role isn't merely about filling a position; it's about fostering succession, offering oversight of a significant portfolio.
When choosing a bank partner, relationships matter. For over 100 years, our client has been helping individuals, families and businesses achieve their dreams by offering a variety of Personal, Business, and Private Wealth Management services.
Commercial Lending/Small Business Lending:
In this role, the candidate must have C&I lending experience, CRE exposure, and a proven track record in business development. One of the key responsibilities of this position will be to grow the market share of the bank both in loans and deposits and cross sell Bank products. Well qualified Commercial Lenders must have formal credit training and possess solid credit underwriting skills. The focus of the organization is small to mid-sized loans, with the average deal size being $500k-$6M.
