Introduction
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service, staying organized, and supporting daily office operations in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with mail distribution and general office support duties.
- Support daily office operations and administrative projects as assigned.
