Pay: $16.00 per hour to start. $1-$2 pay differential for short shifts (shifts 2-3 hours in length). Numerous ways to advance & make more $$$! About the role: As a caregiver, you’ll be a trusted companion and a source of support for someone navigating the challenges of dementia. Your kindness, patience, and understanding will help brighten their days and provide comfort to their family. What you’ll do:

• Offer companionship and help with everyday tasks like meal preparation, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Create a safe and calming environment, providing emotional support and encouragement.
• Engage in activities that promote mental stimulation, like memory games, gentle exercise, or simply sharing stories and laughter.
• Assist with medication reminders and other important care routines, always with warmth and sensitivity.

What we’re looking for:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
• A compassionate, patient, and kind individual who is dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Experience with dementia care (preferred but not required—we offer training for the right person).
• A good listener who can offer comfort, reassurance, and a calming presence.
• Someone who takes pride in making a difference, no matter how small the gesture.
