American Family Insurance- Jeff Finegan Agency LLC in Groveport, Ohio, is looking for a licensed, experienced insurance sales representative to join our team as a Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients utilizing phone, email, and video conferencing. You will be responsible for understanding their insurance needs to recommend the products that will help them protect what matters most to them. Your prior experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of various insurance policies and products will ensure that you are able to provide the best experience to our clients.

Responsibilities- Process customer policy change requests.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
Must have at least 1-3 years of experience working within an insurance agency. Must be willing to obtain your property and casualty license within 3 months of starting.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
