VIP Motors is hiring an Automotive Title Specialist to join our dealership team in Aurora, Indiana.

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. This person will help process vehicle titles, registrations, paperwork, and customer documents. The right candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment and communicating with customers, staff, and state agencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process vehicle titles and registrations
• Check paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Track incoming and outgoing vehicle titles
• Communicate with customers, sales staff, finance companies, and state agencies
• Help resolve title issues, corrections, or missing paperwork
• Keep title records and vehicle documents organized
• Update dealership records and systems as needed
• Assist with general office and dealership paperwork
• Provide good customer service for title and registration questions

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Good organization and time management skills
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and phone skills
• Ability to multitask
• Must be dependable and professional
• Previous dealership or title experience is preferred, but not required
• Bilingual is a plus

Pay

• Starting at $15 per hour
• Pay may be higher based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time
• 20–40 hours per week
