Produce Team Lead
Meijer is seeking an experienced Produce Team Lead to oversee the operations and staffing of our produce department. This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality and freshness of produce items while ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper product presentation, and leading a team of staff in achieving the department's objectives. Reporting to the Store Manager, this individual will play a key role in driving sales through excellent customer service and maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
