Payroll and HR Specialist

We're currently looking for a Payroll & HR Specialist to join our team in Berea, OH. We are a global leader in the automotive and powersports manufacturing space, and we're looking for someone who can balance technical payroll accuracy with a passion for employee relations.

salary: $85,000 - $85,001 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll

2. Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process

4. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing and resolving employee relations issues

5. Foster a positive work environment and facilitate effective communication

6. Assist in the administration of performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees

7. Follow compliance within labor laws and HR best practices

8. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
