Position Overview:

Our Customer Service division in Siemens Mobility, Inc. is seeking a reliable professional to coordinate and maintain material movement from the Distribution Center in New Castle, DE. The Materials Handler will be responsible for unloading product deliveries, staging products based on customer orders and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory. As a member of the Warehouse Team the incumbent will report directly to the Warehouse Manager in the Supply Chain Management Department of Customer Service in Siemens Mobility, Inc.

What your day may look like:

  • Coordinates and maintains material movement from the Distribution Center in New Castle, DE
  • Reports to the Warehouse Manager within the Supply Chain Management team (Customer Service)
  • Receives, stages, and organizes incoming materials based on customer and production orders
  • Prepares kits and ships materials via LTL and freight carriers
  • Processes repair and aftermarket materials
  • Performs cycle counts and resolves inventory discrepancies
  • Collaborates with warehouse and cross‑functional teams to support smooth operations
  • Operates material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, order pickers)
  • Utilizes SAP and Microsoft Office for inventory and reporting
  • Maintains safety compliance and readiness for emergency procedures

  • Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and carrier coordination
  • Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, and order pickers (certifications preferred)

This position is located in New Castle, DE. The hourly rate for this position in New Castle, DE, is $20.00. This is a first shift position. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
