Shift: Wednesday night, Thursday night, Friday night & E/O Saturday night 8:00pm -8:00am

Job Summary:

To set up, make ready, operate and maintain web offset printing press.

Basic Qualifications:

• Monitor/Assess performance of yourself and others to make improvements or take corrective actions to produce quality work in a fast paced environment.
• The ability to use logical and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• The ability to train and develop others.
• Must possess strong organizational skills.
• Must possess a mechanical aptitude.
• The ability to troubleshoot.
• Must be dependable, reliable and responsible in fulfilling obligations.
• Must work well with others.
• Must be flexible and open to change when needed.
• Able to follow instructions and make decisions.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• The ability to work 10 to 12 hour shifts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have some printing experience.
• Minimum 1-year Press Room experience.
• Ability to interpret and utilize various units of measure and their conversions.
• Must possess a mechanical aptitude.
• The ability to use logical and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to a problem.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods of standing while setting up and operating equipment.
• Continuously bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
