Assistant Escrow Officer
Busy title company located in Warren, Ohio seeks an in person Assistant Escrow Officer to add to our amazing title team. Candidates must possess superior interpersonal skills for customer and partner contact. The ideal candidate has been working in the title escrow field for several years preparing and closing real estate transactions, coordinating with lenders, vendors and customers on a daily basis. Successful candidates work well in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask on various transactions at the same time. Proficiency with Softpro software is a giant plus. Exceptional computer and communication skills required as this person will often be the face of the company to the public. Requirements
The position requires experience in preparing real estate transactions for closing, signing and closing transactions, and a thorough understanding of title commitments, the real estate title industry and settlement statement preparation. A Notary Commission is expected if not currently held. Title Agent licensure is also a plus.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
