Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pediatric to Adult (Hiring Immediately)
Hattie Larlham is looking for caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who want to be part of a mission based on Comfort, Joy, and Achievement for adults and children with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Opening:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pediatric to Adult
- Full-Time / Part-Time Scheduling Options:
- FT Days: 6:30am - 7:00pm
- PT Days: 6:30am - 7:00pm
- FT Nights: 6:30pm - 7:00am
- PT Nights: 6:30pm - 7:00pm
- Every other weekend and holiday required.
- Location: Nestled in northern Portage County, between Cleveland and Akron, is the Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities, a long-term intermediate care facility that provides medical services for 124 children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

What You’ll DO:
- Flexible scheduling to ensure a work/life balance.
- Utilize, maintain and grow your nursing skills!
- Provide autonomous care to adults and children with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Administer medications.
- Care for ventilator dependent individuals.
- Participate in provider rounds.
- Make recommendations to the medical team based on your assessments.
- Receive training to help you feel confident in your abilities and skills.
- Feel appreciated by the residents, families, staff and Administration.
- Be mentored by nurses who love to share their knowledge with newcomers and new grads!
- Be a valued member of a highly skilled nursing team!

Requirements:
- Ohio or multistate Licensed Practical Nursing licensure required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification within first 30 days in role.
- Valid Ohio driver's license.
- Available to work 24-36 hours per week. EOW/EOH required.
