Position Summary:

Employee must be able to work i a very fast paced environment with excellent hand and eye coordination skills. Must possess strong communication skills to provide continuous support to packaging work flow using established Safe Quality Food Processes (SQF).

• Employee must be able to distribute using FIFO (first in first out) to Production floor .

• Employee must be able to fold and tape boxes .

• Employee must be able to communicate changes of material lots

• Maintain traceability logs

• Have strong communication with Production Manager, Package coordinator, Warehouse and Front Office.

• Employee must be able to clean the following areas with company provided cleaning tools,

1) Production Floor-sweep and run scrubber
2) Locker Room (Me & Women)-Trash removal (M, W, TH)
3) Cafeteria Trash re oval (M, W, TH)
4) Front Offices Trash Removal (M, W, TH)

5) Material Area- Keep area neat and orderly
6) Assist operators with Straw waste- weigh and log
7) Outside building parameters- Once a week walk around build to be sure there is no trash blown from the dumpster.

• Employee can stack second layer of finished goods on the pallet. Employee can do alone if he/she follows Safety Lifting Protocol.
• Employee can stack third layer of finished goods on the pallet with the help of the Warehouse
• Employee cannot stack third layer alone.
• Employee must be able to clean Extrusion windows and Font Office windows., both inside and out, monthly.

• • High School education or equivalent
  • Good communication skil s
  • Team Oriented
  • Employee must be able t stand and/or walk for 8 to 10 hours (approximately) with two 1 0-minute breaks and on 30-minute meal break.
  • Physically fit to maneuver 6Slbs.
  • Safety oriented
  • Be able to read and folio instructions
  • Fork lift experience helpful
  • Assist in other area's as required.
