Service Manager (Heavy Equipment)
As a Service Manager for Heavy Equipment you will be responsible for overseeing the service operations and ensuring top-quality maintenance and repair services for our heavy machinery. Your role will involve managing a team of skilled technicians, optimizing workflow efficiency, and ensuring that service goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include scheduling service jobs, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining strong communication with customers to address their needs and concerns effectively. Additionally, you will be accountable for training and developing team members, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the service department.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in service management, specifically with heavy equipment
- Strong leadership ability with experience managing a team

- Proficient in service management software and relevant technologies
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Knowledge of heavy equipment repair and maintenance practices
