Inspector - Level 2

As an Inspector - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through detailed inspection and testing processes.

You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Urbana, OH location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall product quality and customer satisfaction by identifying defects, ensuring adherence to specifications, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform detailed inspections of products and components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Document inspection results accurately and report any deviations or non-conformances to the appropriate teams.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and support corrective actions.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience in performing quality inspections in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection tools, measurement techniques, and quality standards relevant to the role.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation practices.
WE VALUE
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality or inspection are a plus.
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
