Desktop and Education Support Specialist

We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Desktop and Education Support Specialist to join a dedicated team. This 100% on-site role (M–F, 8am–5pm) is a contract position with an immediate start . , the specialist will provide hands-on technical support, including desktop troubleshooting, AV equipment maintenance, and technology deployment. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience supporting Windows and Mac OS environments, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with tools like Active Directory, Jamf , and AV systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
