You will be working hand-in-hand with customers, vendors and Account/Sales Executives on planning, executing and finalization of sign and lighting projects according to deadlines, resources, and budgets throughout the project's lifecycle. You will coordinate each sign project from customer specification to design concept through fabrication and see tangible results of your work each day as these signage projects come to life. Successful candidates love to drive and champion results through action, working with a strong sense of urgency, often managing a large volume of projects both large and small simultaneously. Duties:- Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports- Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project issues- Support the implementation of project management best practices and tools

Requirements:- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
