Landscape Crew Leader (Foreman) - $19.50–$22.00/hr | Full-Time + Benefits | Cleveland, OH | Immediate Openings

We're hiring a Landscape Crew Leader to oversee daily field operations, supervise a crew of 2–4 team members, and ensure high-quality work on every job site. This is a full-time opportunity to lead from the front, work outdoors, and join a company where your effort truly matters.

What You'll Do

Crew & Operations Management

• Prepare trucks, tools, and materials before each job
• Delegate tasks and guide your crew throughout the day
• Track labor, equipment use, and materials on job tickets
• Perform quality checks and ensure client satisfaction
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE usage

Team Leadership

• Train and mentor crew members on landscaping techniques and equipment use
• Promote a safe, professional, and results-driven environment
• Communicate team performance and progress to supervisors

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
• 1+ year leading a crew or supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Clean driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of landscaping best practices and safe equipment operation
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in the field

Working Conditions

• Outdoor, hands-on work in all weather conditions
• Physical labor including lifting, bending, and use of power tools
• Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional extended hours during peak season
• Paid time off
