Join our team for the Summer! Spherion is looking for motivated individuals to join a leading Yogurt Manufacturer in Minster, OH for our 2026 Summer Help Program. This is a great opportunity to earn high wages over the break, gain industrial experience, and work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment.


Duration: May/June - August (Flexible start/end dates based on school schedules)
Pay: $19.00 - $19.50/hr
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (12-hour shifts). Enjoy having 3-day weekends every other week!


Responsibilities:
Testing: Assist with basic physical and chemical testing of raw milk and finished yogurt.
Sampling: Collect samples from the production floor for laboratory analysis.
Data Entry: Record results accurately into the system to ensure every batch meets safety standards.
Compliance: Maintain a sterile lab environment and follow strict food safety protocols.
Quality Checks: Perform visual inspections of packaging to ensure seals and dates are perfect.
Line Support: Assist with "changeovers" (switching the line from one flavor to another).
Sanitation: Help maintain a clean, food-safe manufacturing environment.

Skills:
Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things-essential for lab work and quality checks.
Science/Tech Minded: (Optional) Perfect for students in STEM, Food Science, or Nursing, though no specific major is required!
Reliable: You understand that "Quality" doesn't take a day off. You show up ready to contribute.
Active: You are comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or GED (College students encouraged to apply!).
Ability to follow complex instructions and safety guidelines (GMP/HACCP).
Must be able to work the rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including every other weekend.
