A Temp to Hire Opportunity

Shift: M-F | 9am-5pm

Pay: $23/hour



Key Responsibilities:

• Document activities and ensure proper documentation practices
• Maintain complete records in laboratory notebooks and quality records.
• Conduct visual inspections and routine sampling using Environmental Monitoring Systems.
• Guide others on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), control documents, and/or other work instructions.
• Ensure laboratory duties adhere to cGMP practices, performing regular audits.
• Perform routine sampling activities and associated data entry
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Provide 24/7 "on-call" support and feedback on service and quality issues.
• Recommend compliance activities for area and equipment maintenance.

Education and Skills:

• Experience in pharmaceutical production.
• Proficient in English for communication, reading, and writing instructions.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and mathematical skills.

Preferred Background:

• High school or vocational graduate.
• Familiarity with MODA, Microsoft applications, SAP, KRONOS.
• Experience in LEAN manufacturing and knowledge of cGMPs and FDA policies.
