Blast Line General Labor
Pay: $15 - $17 /hour
1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift Availability Needed
Summary of Responsibilities: This position will be moving steel plates through the blaster and running a vibrating table as assigned. Observe machine and Robot operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machines, as necessary.
Job Duties:
o Work from verbal instructions.
o May perform simple cleaning maintenance operations.
o Reports abnormal conditions of equipment to supervision.
o Observes all safety rules and regulations and keeps work area clean and orderly.
Job Requirements
o Reliable/Dependable
o MUST be able to pass background check and drug screening
o Willingness to work any shift.
o Ability to follow instructions provided by supervisor.
Physical Requirements
o The ability to respond quickly to sounds
o The ability to see and respond to dangerous situation
o The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly
o The ability to lift 70+ pounds if necessary
o The ability to do repetitive manual labor for an 8-hour shift
