Team Member

Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks according to client specifications
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete projects on time
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adapt to changing work conditions
- Ensure all tools and equipment are kept in good working order
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Demonstrate accountability and responsibility in all assigned duties
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with advanced mowing equipment required
- Previous experience setting up commercial mowing sites preferred
- Ability to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, reliable, and dependable
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
