BG Staffing is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Porter/Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of a busy apartment community.

This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts the first impression and overall resident experience every single day.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintaining grounds and curb appeal to keep the property looking clean and inviting
• Cleaning and upkeep of common areas (hallways, breezeways, amenities, etc.)
• Assisting with trash removal and general site cleanliness
• Supporting the maintenance team as needed
• Identifying and addressing areas that need attention—taking pride in every detail

• Someone who is weather tolerant and comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Ability to lift, carry, and stay physically active throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
