Position Summary
- Entering records in the EHR
- Provide assistance with outcome data
- Report and communicate regularly with referral sources and providers
- Provide service documentation
- Participate in case staffing
- Provide motivational interviewing and support
- Engage in correspondence with Butler County Children's Services and other service providers
- Provide SUD and MH case management
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What We Value in our next Family Peer Mentor
- High School Diploma or equivalent. CDCA preferred
- Applicant must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Applicant must be able to work both independently and with a team
- Experience with electronic health records is preferred
- Must be in long term recovery from substance use (drugs and / or alcohol)
- Must have lived experience with the child welfare system either as a parent or a child
- Must have a motor vehicle in good working condition and maintain a current driver's license and automobile insurance
