Landscape Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Plan and organize daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure projects remain on schedule
• Communicate project goals, updates, and adjustments clearly with team members
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that motivates and develops crew members
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and adherence to all safety protocols
• Participate in daily morning meetings to align on goals and celebrate team achievements

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in landscaping or outdoor project management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Passion for building beautiful, functional outdoor spaces

Compensation

$22 – $40 per hour , based on experience. Includes clear, achievable quarterly production bonuses tied to leadership ability and project responsibility.
