Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Organize daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure timely project completion.
• Communicate project goals, updates, and adjustments to team members as needed.
• Promote a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating crew members to perform at their best.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and strict adherence to safety protocols on all job sites.
• Participate in daily morning meetings to review plans and celebrate team achievements.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably within landscaping or outdoor project management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Compensation

$20 – $40 per hour , based on experience, leadership skills, and project responsibilities.
