Compensation:

• $17.00 - $20.00 Hourly Salary (experience-based)
• Plus, Departmental Commission! Earn additional pay based on your team's performance in the parts department. For example, high-performing team members regularly see a boost in their monthly income when departmental sales targets are met.
• Potential Quarterly Cash Bonus Earnings

Work Schedule:

• 7 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday
• Saturdays are scheduled on a rotating basis, typically one per month, with advance notice. This helps you plan ahead and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers find and choose parts.
• Keep the parts department organized and clean.
• Process parts orders quickly and accurately.
• Track inventory using the parts system.
• Work with team members and mechanics to fill parts requests.
• Provide great customer service and solve problems.
• Learn about parts and accessories to better assist customers.
• Restock shelves and keep inventory accurate.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years as a parts counter or automotive parts specialist preferred.
• Experience in a dealership or service center is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer and inventory skills preferred.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Interest in automotive parts and customer service is a plus.
• Valid driver's licenseand gooda driving recordrequired.
