Orthopedic surgery opportunity for a high-demand, hospital-employed role in Athens, Ohio. Join a collaborative orthopedic team supported by advanced technology, strong referral patterns, and an established patient base.
This opportunity blends surgical volume, modern resources, and work-life balance. You will build a broad general orthopedic practice with access to robotics, biologics, and academic engagement while benefiting from consistent scheduling and a supportive care team.
Opportunity Highlights
- 501(c)(3) employment with Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility
- Up to $80,000 in student loan repayment or retention bonus options
- $50,000 regional premium + up to $50,000 quality bonus
- $25,000 signing bonus + relocation assistance
- Immediate volume with ~10,500 RVUs per provider annually
- MAKO robotic technology and PRP capabilities onsite
- Predictable Monday–Friday schedule with dedicated OR time
- 1:2 call rotation, primarily phone-based, with limited trauma
- Collaborative team with strong APP, clinical, and administrative support
