Case Manager- Chiropractic clinic

We are a fast-paced chiropractic office seeking a motivated, go-getter Case Manager to support clinical care, assist with front desk operations, and serve as the primary liaison between our clinic and billing company . This role is ideal for someone who thinks outside the box, takes ownership, and thrives in a hands-on healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between the clinic and the billing company
• Ensure clinical documentation is complete and supports accurate billing
• Track cases, authorizations, visits, and plan-of-care timelines
• Assist with patient flow and daily clinical operations
• Support doctors with non-licensed clinical assistance as directed
• Help with front desk duties including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient communication
• Answer phones, respond to patient questions, and assist with basic administrative tasks
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment
• Educate patients on care plans, scheduling, and financial expectations
• Identify workflow issues and proactively help resolve them
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR system

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• Professional, patient-focused demeanor

Preferred (Not Required)

• Chiropractic or medical office experience
• Case management, clinical assistant, front desk, or billing coordination experience
• Experience working with insurance or billing companies
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (ChiroTouch a plus)
