Caregiver

Royalton Woods is looking to hire caregivers who have the ability to continually adjust to change, drive to make a difference, and desire to improve. The primary purpose of this position is to actively provide hands-on care, document daily resident care, condition, and work directly with the Wellness Nurse to ensure the best possible care.

We are looking for additional staff to fill our open shifts!

• Bathing & Grooming Assistance
• Resident Transfers
• Taking Vital Signs
• Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner
• Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
• High School Diploma
• Willing to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
• Desire to work with seniors
• Must possess a team spirit, good character and personal integrity.
• Prior experience is preferred
