Construction Project Manager (Retail Projects)

Manage budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction from start to finish.

Build strong partnerships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Estimate, schedule, and deliver winning bids.

Direct on-site superintendents and ensure quality, safety, and communication excellence.

Projects: large scale ground up and remodel projects. Retail, banks, big box.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of commercial Project Management experience.

Experience in retail, banking projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
Full medical, dental, and vision insurance. Ability to contribute to a 401k.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Lancaster,OH.
