General Labors needed for a Middlefield rubber factory. This is a 1st shift position from 5am-3pm Monday - Thursday. long term position and all positions will be temp to hire. Pay starts at $17.00/hr.
Job Description: General LaborWill be working in the mill room, putting rubber into mills, and stacking sheets of rubber coming out of the machines and onto carts.
Physical Requirements: (as required) per day Standing1-8 hrs.
Walking4 hrs.
Driving0 hrs.
Liftingl-30 lbs. carried up to 50 ft.
Climbing0-10 ft.
Hand Use: Right and left hand grasping, pushing, pulling Indoors
50-110 deg F.
Minimal to moderate rubber fumes and gasses
Concrete floors Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Candidates with experience in the industrial field is a plus. May have the possibility to move to different department to assist with the final stages of completion.
