This is a contract to hire opportunity starting at $35-39/hour with a raise upon converting to permanent/full time.

Job Duties

• Support and maintain major enterprise applications, ensuring system security and managing upgrades.
• Design and improve business workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform needs assessments, software design, implementation, and support; develop testing scenarios and policies.
• Resolve complex issues, support inbound/outbound interfaces, and manage problem tickets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of IT experience in application support and Epic certification.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Project management experience, healthcare setting experience.
