About job: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support internal marketing coordination and brand-related activities at our Cincinnati, OH location. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, digital content support, and cross-department collaboration within a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities * Assist in coordinating marketing projects and internal initiatives that support company services and brand consistency. * Support the creation and organization of marketing materials, presentations, and internal resources. * Assist with basic social media content scheduling and monitoring under team guidance. * Help prepare and distribute press releases, announcements, and promotional communications. * Support digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns and content updates. * Maintain accurate marketing records, files, and project documentation. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Basic computer proficiency, including email, document management, and data entry. * Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts is preferred. * Clear written and verbal communication skills.
