We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Communications Coordinator to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will support our internal and external communications strategies, ensuring that our messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned with our brand identity. This position is essential to coordinating projects, creating content, and maintaining relationships with partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute communication plans across departments and client projects

• Draft and edit internal and external communications including memos, press releases, and newsletters

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align messaging with visuals

• Monitor and report on communication campaign results and KPIs

• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports

• Maintain brand consistency across all written materials and communications

• Assist in planning and organizing events, workshops, and meetings

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a communications or coordination role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
