Job Description

· Serve in a client-facing capacity, leveraging deep BAS technical knowledge and sales expertise to cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients

· Drive revenue growth through consultative selling strategies and strategic account expansion initiatives

· Oversee project execution and ensure exceptional service delivery across BAS platforms

· Identify and develop new business opportunities by expanding existing client relationships and pursuing strategic partnerships

· Convert business development opportunities into lasting strategic partnerships that generate sustained revenue

Key Requirements

· Minimum of 5 years of account management or sales experience within the Building Automation Systems (BAS) or HVAC/controls industry
