HILLS Properties is seeking a Leasing Manager to join the team at our newest luxury apartment community, Relay129, in Liberty Township, Ohio!

This is a full-time, hourly position. Weekends required - rotating Saturdays and Sundays.

The Leasing Manager position combines the typical responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant and mixes in the exciting experience of supporting a new community along with additional personnel and business operation duties. This is an excellent opportunity for which an experienced leasing professional looking for growth!

Your Duties Will Include:

• Being a champion of HILLS high standards of customer service and professionalism to ensure residents are satisfied and proud to call HILLS home
• Warmly greeting and assisting all prospective residents who enter the community to lease an apartment home
• Assisting Property Manager with community outreach and building relationships with business in the area
• Ensuring appearance of the property, model apartment and target apartments are acceptable and create a positive first impression
• Creating and ensuring completion of all lease documents
• Responsibility for processing paperwork for application approval as well as renewal paperwork
• Perform initial coding of accounts payable invoices within accounts payable software
• Assisting Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect
• Contributing to HILLS mission and values by demonstrating a professional and positive attitude with teammates, residents, vendors, and future residents

Salary Description

$17 - $23 / hour
